After safety, it's all about service. We believe very satisfied customers are not only repeat customers, but are also the best form of advertising!
 
Our aim is that all of our customers will recommend our services to their friends and family. Accordingly, we routinely ask our passengers for feedback. Its always possible to do better, but the 750 customers we ask every month tell us we're on the right track:
 
 
Satisfied Customers: 95% (rating of at least 7 out of 10)
Very Satisfied Customers: 75% (rating of at least 9 out of 10)
